Using a knife, score surface of ham with crisscross cuts and sprinkle with mustard and brown sugar.
Stick in cloves between the slits and marinate the ham in the above sauce for 30 minutes.
Place the ham, together with the sauce, in a baking dish, and heat 4 minutes.
Place the ham on a plate in the dish.
With a brush, apply the sauce to the ham.
Heat for 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
Place pineapple slices in a dish and cover with plastic wrap.
Heat 3 minutes.
Heat the remaining sauce and bring to a boil.
Slice the ham, about as thick as the pineapple slices.
Arrange slices on a platter and decorate with cherries.
Pour sauce over.
