Hawaiian Roast Pork With Guava Jelly Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
5 to 6 lb. leg of pork
1/2 cup Hawaiian quava jelly
Pineapple slices
Maraschino cherries
Directions
Score surface of pork with sharp knife in 1-inch squares.
Place in shallow roasting pan, scored side up and put in oven which has been pre-heated to 325°F.
Roast for approximately 4 1/2 hours, or until meat thermometer registers 185°F.
One half hour before meat is done, remove from oven and coat with guava jelly.
Return to oven and continue roasting until done.
Garnish with glazed pineapple slices and cherries.
Ring serving platter with parsley.
