1 (3-pound) boneless pork shoulder roast (Boston butt)
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke seasoning
Directions
Cut pork in half lengthwise.
Place halves in large plastic bag.
Combine soy sauce and liquid smoke; pour over pork.
Press air out of bag; tie; top securely.
Turn over several times to coat pieces well.
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning bag over occasionally.
Remove pork from marinade and place in shallow baking pan cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350°F.30 minutes.
