Hawaiian Pineapple Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple slices | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Paprika | ||
| 3 large avocados, sliced lengthwise | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
Directions
Cut each pineapple slice into 4 pieces.
Dip the rim of each piece into paprika.
Dip sliced avocado pieces into solution of water and lemon juice.
Place salad greens in large salad bowl (or individual bowls) and arrange the avocado and pineapple slices in a single layer alternating sections or pinwheel fashion.
