Hawaiian Ham & Swiss Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients

| Ham slices | 2 | |
| Pineapple slices | 2 , drained | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
1. Place toast in a paper-towel-lined 8-inch-square baking dish. Top each slice of toast with a ham slice, then a pineapple slice.
2. In a small bowl, stir together cheese, parsley, mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard and horseradish. Spoon cheese mixture over pineapple. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave at 100% (high)2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until cheese melts and sandwiches are warm.
