Hawaiian Fruit Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups fresh pineapple, papaya, banana or mango
2 cups finely crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 cups salad oil
Directions
Beat eggs, milk and salt together.
Cut fruit into inch-long pieces and dip in egg mixture and roll in crumbs.
Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
