Ingredients

 Unsweetened pineapple juice - 2 cups, chilled
 Sparkling mineral water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 Powdered sugar2 Tablespoon, sifted
 Chablis or other dry white wine - 2 1/2 cups, chilled

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large pitcher, combine together the sugar, pineapple juice and mineral water.
2) Gently stir the contents till the sugar has dissolved.
3) Add the wine and stir.

SERVING
4) Into serving glasses of choice, pour the Hawaiian Coolers, garnish with mint sprigs and orange strips, if preferred, and serve.
