 Rolled oats2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wheat germ1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sunflower seeds1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pumpkin seeds1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Walnuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Skim milk - to top
 Yogurt - to top
 Pineapple - to garnish, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bottle, mix together all the dry ingredients, shake well and refrigerate till ready to use

SERVING
2. Add a small amount of milk, add to a bowl and top with yogurt
3. Ring the yogurt with pineapple and serve
