Hasty Shore Dinner Recipe
Hasty shore dinner is a seafood and pasta recipe. Prepared with shrimps and crabmeat cooked in milk with cheese and mayonnaise, it is flavored with dill and cheese. With added celer soup for a fresh taste, the hasty shore dinner is oven baked to cook and is finished with a top layer of fried onions and cheese.
Ingredients
1 cup small shell pasta, cooked in unsalted water and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
1 package (8 ounces) frozen imitation crabmeat, thawed, drained and cut into chunks
1 can (4 ounces) shrimp, drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (2.8 ounces) French Fried Onions
1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Return hot pasta to saucepan.
Stir in mayonnaise, milk, soup, crabmeat, shrimp, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can French Fried Onions and the seasonings; mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 35 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
