Hasty Salmon Pie Recipe

| Small can evaporated | ||
| Milk | ||
| Celery salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Flour | 4 Ounce (For biscuit crust) | |
| Pepper | 1 (For biscuit crust) | |
| Butter | 1 Ounce (For biscuit crust) | |
| Onion | 1 (For biscuit crust) | |
| Peas | 1 Can (10oz) (For biscuit crust) | |
| Margarine | 1 Ounce (For biscuit crust) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For biscuit crust) | |

Directions
First make biscuit crust.
Sieve flour and salt, rub in margarine, add enough milk to bind.
Rollout, cut into small rounds.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on greased baking tray in hot oven (450° F.€”Gas Mark 7).
Meanwhile, fry sliced onion in the butter, add the salmon, evaporated milk, well drained peas and seasoning.
Heat thoroughly.
Put mixture into dish and top with crisp biscuit rounds.
