 A good sized can of
 Pink or red salmon
 Small can evaporated
 Milk
 Celery salt1 Pinch
 Flour4 Ounce (For biscuit crust)

 Butter1 Ounce (For biscuit crust)
 Onion1 (For biscuit crust)
 Peas1 Can (10oz) (For biscuit crust)
 Margarine1 Ounce (For biscuit crust)
 Salt To Taste (For biscuit crust)
 Milk

Directions

First make biscuit crust.
Sieve flour and salt, rub in margarine, add enough milk to bind.
Rollout, cut into small rounds.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on greased baking tray in hot oven (450° F.€”Gas Mark 7).
Meanwhile, fry sliced onion in the butter, add the salmon, evaporated milk, well drained peas and seasoning.
Heat thoroughly.
Put mixture into dish and top with crisp biscuit rounds.
