Hashed Brown Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. salt pork, diced
4 cups diced cooked potatoes
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Fry salt pork until crisp in a skillet.
Remove salt pork and add potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Fry 3 minutes, stirring constantly, then brown bottom.
Fold as for an omelet.
