Hashed Brown Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
3 c. cubed cooked potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. margarine
Directions
Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper and onion.
Heat margarine in skilled.
Add potatoes; cook until brown, stirring frequently.
Place in serving dish; garnish with chopped parsley.
