Hashed Brown Potatoes Recipe

Directions
1. Wash and pare the potatoes. Cut them in small dice and boil 10 minutes in 1 cup water with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Drain thoroughly.
2. Have the fat hot in a frying pan. Spread the potatoes in the pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle milk or cream over the potatoes.
3. Cook over low heat until browned on the bottom; turn with a pancake turner and brown on other side. When done, potatoes should have brown crust, soft center.
