Hash Brown Chops Recipe

Ingredients
6 (1/2 inch-thick) pork loin chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (28 ounce) can French-fried onions
1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions
Brown the pork chops in the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; remove from heat.
Combine the soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, half the Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of the French-fried onions in a bowl; mix well.
Fold in the potatoes.
Spread the potato mixture in a greased 9xl3 baking dish.
Arrange the chops over the potato mixture.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until chops are tender and cooked through.
Remove from oven and uncover.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and French-fried onions.
Return to the oven.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
