Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup light cream
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons vodka
3 tablespoons Galliano
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
In saucepan heat 7 cup of the milk; add sugar and stir till dissolved.
Stir in the remaining milk, cream, orange juice, vodka, Galliano, lemon juice, and dash salt; mix well.
Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
Let ripen 1 hour for a soft spoon able texture.
For firmer scoops, pack sherbet into carton, cover, and place in freezer 1 to 2 hours.
