Ingredients

 Egg Whites - 3 nos, unbeaten
 Brown sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 Salt - a dash
 Water6 Tablespoon
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a double boiler set-up, add in the eggs, sugar and water.
2) Beat the mixture well. Place the bowl over a pot of boiling water.
3) Cook the mixture for 7 minutes, while beating continously. The frosting must form peaks by the end.
4) Take the bowl off the boiling water.
5) Stir in the vanilla extract. Beat well to get a spreadable consistency.

SERVING
6) Frost a Pumpkin Cake with the Harvest Moon Frosting. Spread the frosting between the layers, on top of the cake and on the sides.
