 Coffee1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apple pie spice1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Water3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie maple-flavored syrup

Directions

Combine coffee and apple pie spice in basket of a drip coffee maker or electric percolator.
Fill pot to the 3 1/2-cup mark with water.
Prepare coffee according to manufacturer's instructions.
Combine milk and syrup in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil).
Pour 3/4 cup coffee and 1/4 cup milk mixture into each mug; stir well.
Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
