Microwaved Harvard Beets Recipe

Ingredients

 White distilled vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 1 can sliced beets; drain and reserve
 1 cup liquid

Directions

In glass casserole dish, combine all ingredients except drained beets.
Cook on high (9) for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens; stir once during cooking.
Add beets.
Cover; cook on high (9) for 3 minutes or until beets are hot.
