Hi Alia, You have an amazing collection of moroccan recipes there and your videos too are equally good, I meant the instructions are clear. :) Well, I tried this soup yesterday and it came out just amazing. Loved the flavor it had.

I tried this recipe tonight and I loved it! When I first tasted it, I thought it might need something more, but it's the after taste that carried the flavor. The only thing I altered was the vermicelli, because I couldn't locate it. I used instant brown rice (it's what I had on hand)and added at the last 5 minutes of cooking, then let it stand for another five minutes. I will definitely be passing this one on. Thank you!
