Haricots Verts Maillanoise Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds tiny green beans | ||
| Water | 1 , salted (As required) | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Chopped parsley | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Cook the beans in salted water until just crisply tender.
Drain well.
In a skillet heat the olive oil and garlic.
Add the beans and toss as you would a salad.
Add parsley, and additional salt if needed.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
