Recipe Story

this chutney is used as a dip as well as with most of the indian snacks.

Ingredients

 Onions1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Green chillies6 , chopped
 Garlic10 Gram, chopped
 Ginger1 Inch, chopped
 Cilantro leaves8 Tablespoon, chopped
 Coconut3 Tablespoon, grated
 Cumin seeds2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Lemon Juice to taste
 Cooking oil1 Tablespoon

Directions

1Grind together the coconut, onions, cumin seeds, green chillies, cilantro leaves, garlic, and ginger. Grind to a fine paste by using a little water. Pour the chutney paste into a bowl and adjust the consistency using a suitable amount of water.

2.Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat until it is hot. Add the mustard seeds and fry briefly until they splutter; pour them on the chutney.

finally add salt and lime juice
