3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped scallion or green onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
In the container of an electric blender combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
Cover and chill.
