Hard Sauce is a liquor flavored dessert sauce. Hard Sauce gets its desired taste from butter mixed with sugar and flavored with liquor. Hard Sauce adds on the flavor of dessert.
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| 2 to 4 tablespoons rum, sherry, or brandy | ||
Directions
Combine butter and powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
Add rum; beat until fluffy.
Chill
