Hara Masala Recipe
Ingredients
| Mint | 2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Coriander | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green chillies | 2 | |
| Garlic | 4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Ginger | 4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 3 teaspoons Sharwood garam masala | ||
| Salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 drops of green food colour, optional | ||
Directions
1. In food processor, mix all ingredients to make fine paste.
2. Store in clean glass jar in refrigerator. Lasts for 1 week
