Ingredients

 Mint2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Coriander2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lemon juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green chillies2
 Garlic4 Teaspoon, minced
 Ginger4 Teaspoon, minced
 3 teaspoons Sharwood garam masala
 Salt3 Teaspoon
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 3 drops of green food colour, optional

Directions

1. In food processor, mix all ingredients to make fine paste.
2. Store in clean glass jar in refrigerator. Lasts for 1 week
