Ingredients

 1 can Hansen's Mandarin Lime Soda
 Diced tomatoes1 14 1/2 Ounce, undrained
 Red pepper flakes1/2 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon dried mint flakes
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 10 ounces quick-cooking couscous
 Toasted sesame oil1 Tablespoon
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Green onions2 , minced
 Cilantro1/2 Cup (16 tbs), snipped

Directions

1. Combine soda, diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, mint and garlic in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, green onions and cilantro; set aside.
3. Uncover couscous, fluff with a fork and stir in contents of the bowl.
