Hansen's Beverage Thai Style Couscous Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can Hansen's Mandarin Lime Soda | ||
| Diced tomatoes | 1 14 1/2 Ounce, undrained | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon dried mint flakes | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 10 ounces quick-cooking couscous | ||
| Toasted sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 2 , minced | |
| Cilantro | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), snipped | |
Directions
1. Combine soda, diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, mint and garlic in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, green onions and cilantro; set aside.
3. Uncover couscous, fluff with a fork and stir in contents of the bowl.
