Hans Anderson Recipe
The hans anderson recipe is a berad and pate recipe prepared with lettuce leaves and topped with bacon. This pate and bread hans anderson can be served as breakfast or as an appetizer before meals and is realy simple to put together.
Ingredients
2 slices buttered rye bread
2 slices liver pate
2 small pieces lettuce leaf
4 raw button mushrooms, sliced
2 slices of tomato
2 gherkins
2 bacon slices, crisply fried and drained
Directions
Place the slices of pate on the buttered bread, then in one corner of each piece of bread lay the sliced mushrooms.
In the opposite corner lay a tomato slice and a gherkin cut into a fan shape.
Arrange the bacon slices diagonally, across the top.
