Hamptons Breakfast Crepes Recipe Video

We went to our friends house in the Hampton's for a weekend getaway. On Saturday morning I made crepes.

1. Crack the eggs in a blender.
2. Add flour and milk to it and blend well and make it to a thin batter.
3. Heat a pan, add a little butter and pour about a tablespoon of the batter.
4. Sway the pan to spread the batter around and spread in a thin even layer.
5. Once it looks almost done, flip and cook on the other side.
6. Place the berries inside and roll it.

7. Drizzle the maple syrup on it and serve.
