2 slices bacon

1/3 cup green pepper strips
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 soup can milk
1 soup can water
1/2 cup cooked rice

In saucepan, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.
Brown ham and cook green pepper in drippings until tender.
