Directions

Combine beef, onions, salt, and pepper and shape into patties.
Heat cooker uncovered, add fat, and brown patties on both sides.
Add water, cover cooker, allow pressure to rise to 15 pounds and cook 5 minutes.
Allow pressure to go down normally.
