Directions
Divide into 4 or 5 equal-size patties.
Sprinkle with paprika on one side.
Preheat an 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) browning dish 7 minutes at HIGH.
Without removing dish from the oven, place the patties in it paprika side down.
Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
Turn the patties and let stand 4 minutes in the dish covered with waxed paper.
Serve.
To cook hamburgers without a browning dish Mix all the ingredients in the same manner.
Replace paprika with Kitchen Bouquet sauce.
Place the hamburgers in an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) microwave-safe dish, on a microwave rack, if possible.
Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
Turn the patties and complete cooking 4 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
