Hamburgers With Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
| 1/2 pound lean ground pork | ||
| Ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Canned sweet potatoes | 12 Ounce, drained | |
| Currants | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Raisins | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple rings | 4 | |
Directions
1) Mix the pork, beef, salt, and pepper together. Form into four equal patties. Brown tfie patties in melted butter.
2) Mash the sweet potatoes until soft and light. Stir in the dried currants and raisins.
3) Place the sweet potato mixture in a well-oiled casserole dish. Set the pineapple rings on top, pressing them into the mixture. Place one hamburger patty on top of each pineapple ring.
4) Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
