Directions

Place the minced beef, onion, mustard and parsley in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 and shape each piece into a flat cake.
To make the sauce: Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the onion and fry until soft.
Combine the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, then add to the pan.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Brush the hamburgers with the melted butter and cook under a preheated hot grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.
