Hamburgers Remoulade Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 slice white bread
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
Directions
1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Shape ground beef into six 1/2-inch-thick oval patties. Place patties on rack in broiling pan. Broil patties 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until of desired doneness.
2. Meanwhile, into small bowl, tear bread into small pieces; add mayonnaise and remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. When patties are done, spread mayonnaise mixture over patties; broil 1 minute longer or until topping is hot and bubbly.
