Hamburgers Florentine Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 1 , cooked, drained | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 Kilogram | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 50 Milliliter | |
| Parmesan cheese | 30 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 10 Milliliter | |
| Pepper | 2 Milliliter | |
| Oregano | 2 Milliliter, crumbled | |
| Tomato sauce | 250 Milliliter | |
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed |
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly.
Shape into 14 patties, using about 75 mL (1/3 cup) mixture for each.
Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
Brown patties on both sides, remove from pan.
Pour tomato sauce and broth into pan.
Bring to a boil, scraping up brown bits; add hamburger patties.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 20 minutes, baste often.
