Hamburgers De Luxe Recipe
Hamburgers De Luxe is a delicious snack. The steaks with eggs rolled up in a patties gives the Hamburgers De Luxe a mouth watering taste.
Ingredients
1 lb. minced rump steak
4 oz. soft crumbs
Good pinch herbs
Soft rolls
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Seasoning
1 egg
Directions
Make the patties by mixing meat, crumbs, onion, seasoning, herbs and egg together.
Form into 8 flat cakes.
Fry carefully on both sides.
If wished add a slice of cheese on top just before serving between the rolls.
