Hamburgers A La Carte Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon Worcester- shire sauce | ||
| Hamburger buns | 6 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
Directions
1. Lightly toss beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Gently shape into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Arrange on broiler rack, 4 inches from heat. Broil 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on other side, for medium rare.
3. Meanwhile, brush cut sides of buns with butter. When meat is done, toast buns under broiler 1 minute.
4. Serve hamburgers in buns, and pass an assortment of toppings.
