Easy Homemade Hamburgers Recipe Video
This is one of the many ways of making a hamburger or burger. This is my recipe. You too can try this. When you want a differently tasting hamburger, follow my instructions. Believe it or not, its delicious.
Ingredients
Ground beef
Cheddar Cheese
Celery salt
Garlic powder
Montreal streak spice
Butter
Onion
Cayenne pepper
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Directions
Fry onion, cayenne pepper in a pan with some salt and fresh cracked pepper.
On the ground meat, add some garlic powder, fresh cracked pepper and Montreal steak spice. Mix with hands.
Make small or big balls of meat mixture and slam over the refrigerator. Flatten them.
Heat olive oil in a pan and put the flattened meat for cooking.
Cook until they are brown from both sides. Flip them over when one side is done.
Grate cheddar cheese and lay a handful of cheese on top of each portion of meat in the pan.
Cover the pan with the lid.
Sprinkle some celery salt over the meat.
When the cheese has melted, Take it out of the pan lay on the hamburger. Put some cooked onion and cayenne pepper over the meat.
On the top part of the hamburger, spread some horseradish paste and drizzle some yellow mustard sauce. Flip it over the meat.
There you have your hamburger.
