½ tsp pepper

A dash of worchestershire sauce

Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1-4 hrs. Take out and make small burgers out of the mixture(use a small cookie cutter for doing so). Make burgers and keep aside. Grill the burgers on a grill or skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Take a burger bun and spread mayonnaise on the inside of one side. On the other side spread a layer of mustard paste. Put in the burger. Serve 3 mini burgers per plate with French fries.

Editors Review

Are you tired with your traditional hamburgers and want a delicious twist? Chef Scott has an answer for you in this video where he makes hamburgers in Southern style called Squalers. He is making the patties with hamburger meat and ground bacon. The process of cooking and spices are just the same but what you get is a really creative dish. This is definitely a must serve dish for a casual party with friends. Pass on with a plate full of French fries and enjoy.
