Directions
Step2-Add beef to mixture. Place in frying pan with 2 tablespoon cooking oil.
Step3-Brown on both sides; remove from pan. Place in baking dish. Slice small onion over meat.
For Brown Gravy:
Step1-Stir flour in pan meat was cooked in. Stir until brown.
Step2- Add water, catsup, black pepper. When gravy thickens, pour over meat.
Step3-Cover and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees Farenhite.
Step4-This can also be cooked in the crock pot on low overnight.
