Hamburger Rolls with Sweet Pickle Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
Butter – ¼ cup
Onion – ½ cup, chopped
Bread Cubes – 1 quart, of ¾ inch
Piccalilli or Sweet Pickles – ½ cup, chopped
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
Sage or Marjoram – ½ teaspoon
Milk or Water – ¼ cup
Hamburger - 1 pound
Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1) In a frying pan, melt some butter and sauté the onion till tender
2) Take a bowl, place the soft bread cubes, piccalilli, salt, pepper and sage and add the sautéed onion to it
3) Season the beef with salt and pepper
4) On a wax paper, spread the meat mixture
5) Using a rolling pin, lightly coated with flour, roll the meat to a rectangular shape
6) Spread the stuffing onto the meat and then roll the meat like a jelly roll by gently lifting it off the wax paper
7) Place on a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350F

8) Slice the meat roll and serve
