Hamburger-Rice Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Hamburger | 1 Pound | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato juice | 1 16 Ounce | |
| 1 1/2 c. Minute rice | ||
| American Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
Crumble and brown hamburger over medium heat in large pan.
Remove from heat; add soup, onion powder, tomato juice and rice.
Stir until well blended; return to heat.
Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring frequently.Sprinkle cheese over top and heat until melted.
