 CRUST
 Biscuit baking mix2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Active dry yeast1
 Hot water2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 MEAT MIXTURE
 Ground beef1 pound
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Oregano leaves2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (TOPPING)
 Shredded mozzarella cheese2 Cup (16 tbs) (TOPPING)
 Parmesan cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (TOPPING)

Directions

Heat oven to 425°.
Mix baking mix and yeast; stir in water and beat vigorously.
Turn dough onto well floured surface; knead until smooth, about 20 times.
Let dough rest a few minutes.
While dough is resting, cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until onion is tender.
Drain off.fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, oregano leaves and pepper; set aside.
Divide dough in half.
Roll each half on ungreased baking sheet into rectangle, 13 x10 inches, or on pizza pan into 12 inch circle.
Pinch edges to make a slight rim.
Spread Meat Mixture almost to edges.
Top with green pepper and cheeses.
Bake until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut into squares or wedges.
