Home Made Hamburger Pizza Recipe
Ingredients

| Biscuit baking mix | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Active dry yeast | 1 | |
| Hot water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| MEAT MIXTURE | ||
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Oregano leaves | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (TOPPING) | |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (TOPPING) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (TOPPING) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 425°.
Mix baking mix and yeast; stir in water and beat vigorously.
Turn dough onto well floured surface; knead until smooth, about 20 times.
Let dough rest a few minutes.
While dough is resting, cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until onion is tender.
Drain off.fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, oregano leaves and pepper; set aside.
Divide dough in half.
Roll each half on ungreased baking sheet into rectangle, 13 x10 inches, or on pizza pan into 12 inch circle.
Pinch edges to make a slight rim.
Spread Meat Mixture almost to edges.
Top with green pepper and cheeses.
Bake until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes.
