Hamburger Mix Recipe
Ingredients
4 pounds hamburger or ground beef
4 medium onions, chopped
1 cup chopped celery with tops
2 bottles (12 or 14 ounces each) ketch up
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. In a Dutch oven, brown hamburger; when some drippings have collected, add chopped onion and celery. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender. Drain off excess fat.
2. Add ketchup, salt, and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.
