Hamburger Kabob Recipe
Ingredients
Ground chuck - 1 1/2 pounds
Garlic salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Onion salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Celery salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Mushroom buttons -12, canned
Green pepper – 12 1-inch pieces
Tomato - 12 1-inch pieces
Bermuda onion -12 1-inch pieces
Salad oil -3 tablespoons
Directions
MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, combine meat with salts and pepper.
2) Shape into 1 1/2inch balls.
3) Skewer, alternating with chunks of vegetables.
4) Brush with oil and broil over hot coals. Turn occasionally till well browned.
SERVING
5) Serve at the side of hot sauce.
