Cream Cheese Hamburger Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 8-oz. pkg. noodles
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. butter
2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Brown hamburger in 1 tablespoon butter.
Stir in tomato sauce; remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onion and green pepper.
In buttered 2-quart casserole, spread half of noodles; cover with cheese mixture, then remaining noodles.
Pour on remaining melted butter and then hamburger mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
