Ingredients
Coleslaw Ingredients:
1-2 Korean sweet potatoes(peeled,boiled and mashed)
2-3 tbsp mayonnnaise
shredded cabbage
1 cucumber(grated)
Hamburger Ingredients:
1/4 medium size onion(finely grated)
2-3 tbsp carrot(finely grated)
ground lean meat
salt
black pepper powder
garlic powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp oil
Burger bun
tomato(1 thick slice)
Fries Ingredients:
1-2 Korean Sweet potato
oil (for frying)
salt
Directions
In a large bowl, add all the coleslaw ingredients, mix well and keep aside.
In another bowl, mix all the Hamburger Ingredients and shape into a patty. In a warm pan add oil and fry the patty over a low heat until evenly brown on both the sides.
Assemble the burger with the coleslaw, hamburger patty and a tomato slice.
For the fries, peel and dice the korean sweet potato and deep fry until golden. Remove on a kitchen tissue and sprinkle with the salt.
