Simmered Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Flour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 10 1/2-OZ. can undiluted mushroom soup | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 10 1/2-OZ. can undiluted cream of chicken soup | ||
| Chow mein noodles | ||
Directions
Saute minced onion in butter.
Add beef and brown slightly.
Add flour, seasonings, and soups.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add sour cream and serve over chow mein noodles.
