Hamburger Stroganoff With Burgundy Recipe
Ingredients
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| 2 pounds ground round | ||
| Lemon juice | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 6 tablespoons Burgundy | ||
| 2 cans beef consomme | ||
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Noodles package | 1 | |
| 2 cups commercial sour cream | ||
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in butter.
Add mushrooms and beef and cook until redness is gone.
Stir in lemon juice, wine, soup and salt.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Stir in uncooked noodles.
Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
