Hamburger Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 1 Pound | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Mixed vegetables | 1 16 Ounce, drained | |
| Mushrooms | 1 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Instant onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato soup | 1 10 1/2 Ounce |
Directions
Brown beef and onion; add seasonings, vegetables, soup and mushrooms.
Pour into 1 1/2 qt.casserole; cover and bake 30 minutes at 400°.
Be sure it is bubbly.
Serve over hot corn toasties or corn bread.
