Hamburger Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 lb. lean hamburger
3 tsp. whole wheat flour
1 7 1/2 oz. tomato sauce can
1 16 oz. can tomatoes pureed
1 6 oz. can mushrooms and juice
1 tsp. parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 dash black pepper
3 cup whole wheat spaghetti cooked
Directions
1. Brown hamburger and drain.
2. Stir in whole wheat flour.
3. Return to heat. Add tomato sauce, pureed tomatoes, and undrained canned mushrooms.
4. Add parsley, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
5. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes.
